Together with our multi award-winning Moroccan spa, the Club is an excellent way for residents and local residents to help us achieve health and wellness.
Our memberships include a 12 month, 6 month and a rolling contract, which gives access to a range of our facilities.

Unique and independent
Uniquely stylish and spacious, the DSQ Gym has over 1,000m2 of carefully-planned floorspace. It features a fully-equipped gymnasium, beautifully designed 17 metre pool, sauna and steam rooms, three squash courts and two exercise/dance studios. Outdoors, members and guests can also take advantage of the Club’s tennis court and croquet lawn on the banks of the River Thames. We also offer a wide range of professionally-led exercise classes including Zumba, spinning and total body conditioning.
The DSQ Gym team is at your disposal. Our 12 fully-qualified and experienced fitness staff can discuss your objectives, set you up on a tailored programme and monitor your progress. There are always ample fitness staff on hand to show you how to use our equipment and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We also have a team of qualified personal trainers, fully versed in fitness but also having respective specialisms to assist you in achieving your goals. We also have a qualified Osteopath on the premises. After your exercise, wind down with a coffee or enjoy a delicious (and healthy) lunch or evening meal just up the stairs at the Dolphin Bar & Grill.

Strength & ConditioningMy love for Sports began at an early age. I grew up playing Football and Karate and have been in the fitness industry since 2011.
I have been lucky to be a part of the Dolphin Square Team since 2016, first as a Fitness Instructor, then as a Personal Trainer Coordinator. Here I have had the opportunity to guide a diverse range of clients through their fitness journeys.
I have acquired a strong technical knowledge, thanks to my Level 1 Trainer qualification in CrossFit. Attention to detail, with precise exercise execution, is key to my method of training.
I am constantly researching and studying to broaden my knowledge and ensuring that I stay at the forefront of the industry.
