Growing up in the states, I played competitive soccer, lacrosse, gymnastics, softball as well as cheer leading. I developed a passion for yoga early in life, and have been practicing now for over ten years. After developing back pain in my early twenties, I started working with my own personal trainer who introduced me to strength training. I’ve been hooked ever since. I have completely transformed my physique and my passion has become my career. I love to lift weights and believe everyone can achieve the physique of their dreams with skilled guidance, intelligent programming and a little discipline.
Life’s too short to be on a diet. Train hard and enjoy life!
