- FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
I am trained in ballet and contemporary dance, along with performing arts. My formation in the field of movement never really stopped. I now combine my fitness career with my acting one in Italy and the UK. For the past years I’ve been training clients and teaching classes all around London. I prefer functional and agility training such as kettle bells and suspension training. I like to focus on engaging the whole body using high intensity interval training and compound exercises. I also address flexibility, combining more traditional exercises with dance and yoga techniques.
I believe that our bodies can surprise us when we least expect it and that we can push ourselves beyond the limits we think confine us.
I am going to help you push those limits and reach your goals.
